runtime error trying to stop DVB-T stream

Hi,

In VLC 3.0 (tested in latest nightly), when I try to stop (or quit) a DVB-T stream, I receive a runtime error.

MRL: dvb-t://frequency=602166000:bandwidth=8

OS: Windows 10 Pro 1607 x64

Obviously, any action that interrupts the current playback:

• Stop
• Previous/next item
• Quit VLC

...and also audio track change.

Pause/resume are OK.

audio track change? wow. That's unexpected.

Happens only with both audio and Qt interface.

--no-audio or --intf=dummy does not reproduce.

For me, this is related to STA vs MTA

Actually audio track change makes a lot of sense, assuming the audio output will be flushed. So it is indeed the same as #16935 (closed)

Unfortunately, this is not fixed (tried latest nightly).

It crashes (on audio track change/stop) only with "Windows Multimedia Device output". No crash with "DirectX audio output".
