VLC player hangs after a few minutes of playing DVB stream (usb tuner)

I have Fedora 25 64 bit with latest updates. VLC player hangs after a few minutes (3-10) of playing DVB stream from usb dvb tuner. Audio exists, but video stops during playing.

With Fedora 24 was all OK.
