open file dialog has no default sorting and doesn't remember detailed view toggle

    Open file dialog has no default sorting enabled. Usual default is sort on name with folders first. Default is List View so a user has first to select Detailed View, then click on Name to get something that represents old behavior.

    On next startup the Name sorting and Detailed View toggle are not kept. It would be more user friendly to have the sorting and both the sorting and toggle remembered for future sessions.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
