macOS Sierra: broken slider knob position

Slider knobs are in wrong position. This can only be reproduced with the 2.2.4 release build so far, both black and white UI mode.

The following builds work fine:

• local git-HEAD
• nightlies git-HEAD
• nightlies 2.2.5

So it might be related to the old toolchain / SDK used for 2.2.x release builds.

added Component::Interface: macOS Platform::macOS Severity::normal Type::bug Version::master git labels

changed milestone to %2.2.x maintenance branch

Fixed by the latest Sierra beta.

added Status::not VLC label
