VLC 3.0 Windows Desktop: Support of MPEG2-TS over UDP stream regression
With VLC 2.2 it was possible to play MPEG2-TS multicast UDP streams with the url: udp://@: Using the following command line to stream the content: :sout=#udp{dst=:} :sout-all :sout-keep
With VLC 3.0 (nightly build 11th of July 2016: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win32/vlc-3.0.0-20160711-0242/), it's not possible any more to play this kind of multicast stream. VLC 3.0 is still able to "multicast" this kind of streams from a MPEG2-TS file.
