Nightly Win 7: "Fullscreen video output" causes black screen on playback unless fullscreen is toggled

Steps to Reproduce: Reset preferences Goto Preferences and turn on "Fullscreen video output" (under Video section) Close VLC Play a video

Actual Behavior: It starts fullscreen with just blackness (I can hear audio playback), but if you toggle fullscreen off you can see the video. If you toggle it on you can see the video.

Expected Behavior: The video playback starts fullscreen with the video visible.

Try to disabled "embedding video" in the preferences.

I feel dumb that I couldn't find that I didn't find that with a cursory search. Maybe I'm the few who didn't know what embedded video meant.

One drawback about this workaround is that it adds another window into my alt+tab workflow. Also, it makes my ':' hotkey not work (I have it mapped to longest jump forward). Maybe I should create a different ticket for those issues.

= cfac101ef4 =	qt: Inherit "fullscreen" from the config
should help for the initial playback, however I can't reproduce the black screen issue.
