Mouse wheel axis control "ignore" settings ignored
Hovering the cursor over the volume indicator and scrolling up or down changes the volume. Hovering the cursor over the position indicator and scrolling up or down changes the position.
Happens in 2.2.2 and 3.0.0 on Ubuntu 16.04, with all mouse wheel axis settings set to "Ignore".
This is a usability problem, particularly with trackpads when your cursor lands somewhere between the playlist and the position bar. You scroll up or down expecting to scroll the playlist and you get a nasty audio cutoff.
