upgrade from ver. 2.2.1 to 2.2.3 adds redundant Startup menu entry
In Windows XP Ver. 2002 SP3, upgrading VLC media player ver. 2.2.1 with ver. 2.2.3 adds a redundant entry in the Start>All Programs>VideoLAN menu; "Reset VLC media player preferences and cache files" or "VLC media player - reset preferences and cache files". (I didn't notice which was generated by ver. 2.2.1.) They both execute the identical command.
