Artifacts bug on startup (4K wmv)
Hi.
I was upgrading from VLC for windows 64 bit (Windows 10 - x64 Pro) from version 2.1.5 to version 2.2.2 - both x64 builds.
One of my test videos I play is a 4K wmv, that now shows multiple artifacts during playback that were not there on the 2.1.5 version.
These are the artifacts, visible when opening the video (doubleclick in file explorer -- vlc is default program to open)
When you open this way, the artifacts are always visible.

When I move the position slider again to the beginning, it restarts and plays correctly -- http://snag.gy/uF4QN.jpg (here it plays correct)
I've got the video online
- https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1742XcJDrS6RWh4VW5aTURZT1U -- click download to get the original one)
- I can reproduce it on multiple (powerful) windows 10 machines (mine is a I7-3720QM-8gig-Nvidia NVS5200M-256Gbssd)
- The Video codec is WMV VC1 - 3840*2176 - 30 mbps)
This bug has been reproduced on 2.2.2-win64 (stable) and vlc-2.2.3-win64 (nightly vlc-2.2.3-win64 - lc-2.2.0-20160401-0304 )
This clip works perfectly on VLC 2.1.5-win64 and Vlc 3.0.0-win 64 (nightly vlc-3.0.0-20160401-0402 )
Similar artifacts are also visible (same procedure as above) with another comparable clip:
