Can you provide compilation platform, gcc, libc version. (Unless you're directly using a binary)

Fedora 22, gcc 5.3.1, glibc 2.21 But it was the same with F21.

To me, your logs show correct decoding from ts module.

Please don't reopen, unless you have tested against real world case, and not with a forged live stream which isn't.
