Gap of 3 to 10 seconds when seeking

When seeking, there is a gap of 3 to 10seconds between the UI and the seek position.

How to reproduce: seek to 4 seconds, first reported time will 7-10 seconds. This is a regression since 2.2.

It's maybe only the text label that is wrong (when you point the mouse at the seek bar).

Yes, the margin is probably the offset.
