Support for "flac with embedded cuesheet" (multi-tracks flac file)

Hello, VLC can't navigate inside multi-tracks flac files (with embedded cuesheet) on my android device and also on my windows PC. I use foobar2000 on my windows 7 which could see, play and navigate between the tracks inside a flac file with embedded cuesheet. Could you add support for this type of file, please? Thanks.

That file does refer to tracks outside of playback time. There's no way to add cue handling without verification on a valid file.

Ok, file is OK, that wasn't just HH:MM:SS cue points

I don't think this is fixed, how can this be re-opened or linked to an open issue? Can they be implemented to be displayed as chapters?
