--run-time and transcoding files
When transcoding a file to another file, --run-time does not control the amount of time in the source stream to encode. It seems to run the transcoding process for that amount of time. As a result, --start-time <x> --stop-time <y>
is not equivalent to --start-time <x> --run-time <y-x>
