AES67 support
AES67 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AES67) is a new standard for audio over IP in studio environnent meant to replace analog or digital (AES/EBU) audio connections (XLR,..). On the protocol level, it is based on RTP to transport uncompressed audio (PCM). This may fall out of scope of VLC (if implemented as a virtual soundcard) but this could still be interesting to be able to play from a AES67 source or output to a AES67 sink. I can provide maybe assistance for information, test if someone is working on it one day.
