Time / chapter tooltip misaligned with chapter markers on seekbar

VLC 2.2.0, vlc-3.0.0-git-20150327-0402-win64 Windows 7 SP1 x64

The clickable part of the Time toolbar is slightly wider than the actual toolbar - jumping to the start / end of the video requires clicking outside of the toolbar. This makes displayed chapter markers misaligned with time + chapter name in the tooltip.

Problem persists after reinstallation + deleting preference/cache.
