Choppy sound when playback speed increased
I run VLC 2.0.9 on OS Mavericks 10.9.1
When playing an audio file and increase the speed, it initially works fine. However, when I pause and then resume the playback for a couple of time, the audio becomes choppy and unintelligible. In order for the playback to be smooth again (without changing the speed), I need to skip a few seconds back or forward. Pausing and resuming again does not solve the situation once the chopping appears. The bug appears irrespective of format (I've tried wav, mp3, m4a, all with same results).
