Artefacts when activating DXVA

    OS: Windows 7 VLC version: 2.2.0, not in 2.1.5 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT, up-to-date drivers

    After choosing "DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) 2.0" in "Hardware-accelerated decoding", I experience artefacts in H264 videos. They seem to be parts of the frame "shifted" in another position, sometimes they also appear green.

    When selecting the same option in 2.1.5, I don't experience these artefacts, the bug appears in 2.2.0. I tried with the latest 3.0.0 nightly, same problem.
