VLC nightly - "Continue playback?"

    Working with VLC Nightly - there is a serious inconvenience, when I playing some unstable http streaming video just after restarting it opens a menu "Continue playback? Do you want to restart the playback where left off?". Can you switch this menu off because it stops the video playing? And just start from beginning of video, because everytime It restarts where left off the video streaming crashes and restarts again.
