Regression: command line blocked

The broken by design resumption dialog blocks playback from the CLI and/or from scripts. That is not just obnoxious, it actually breaks automatic playback and stream output scripts (especially Batch files on Windows where Qt UI is most likely not disabled).

Qt: do not pause playback when resuming

It just shows a dialog, but does not block the playback.
