Annoying Progress bar behaviorS

Using wxWidget skin : The progress bar Widget actually used inside VLC as movie viewer (or audio listner) is painfull to use.

1/The progress indicator is NEVER positionned on the right place when you click on this bar. It always move for a fixed amount ahead or behind it's actual position. It's really a pain to have to catch the moving slider in order to drag it to the right place (especially considering the next problem, see below) 2/Moreover, when you drag and drop the slider on the progress bar, this thing is moving by itself for a small amount behind, then immediatly goes ahead for a larger amount. You are NEVER positionned at the exact place where you wanted to. Crazy huh? 3/There is no progress bar available in fullscreen. 4/And last, there is no way to know where in the movie you are moving the slider to (i mean, no time/frame indicator).

wx is going to be dropped... What are those behaviours still present with qt4 ?
