Paint problems with no-overlay

In the browser-plugin when no-overlay is used, playback is paused and then fullscreen is activated you get a black screen till you resume playback. (while in the normal VLC player 0.8.6a with overlay disabled it works correctly). Also if you pause in normal or fullscreen mode (with no-overlay), switch to another window and return, the videodisplay isn't repainted and contains stuff from other windows.

(the reason I wanted to disable this is to work around another repaint problems that occurs when overlays are used. I'll make a seperate ticket for that problem later)
