Fix the Audio output for WinRT

MMDevice is crashing, and Xaudio is too desync.

I'm not sure if this is right place for this but I'm going based off the title. I find that audio on the WinRT app is lower than the actual VLC desktop app on my desktop computer. I have it hooked up to surround sound and the desktop at volume 35 equals WinRT at 45. I wonder if it's due to the fact that the WinRT app doesn't have audio enhancing capabilities like desktop at 200%.
