switching from normal size to double size doesn't work

On Mac 10.9 VLC Version 2.2.0-git Weatherwax (Intel 64bit)

When selecting Video normal Size (cmd 1)and afterwards double size(cmd 2) the screen doesn't resize. selecting (cmd 0) and switching to normal size works though.

Do you have the option "resize interface to native video size" deselected? Or did you changed the zoom mode (o key), by chance?

nope and nope but I made you a video :) from normal to double doesn't work but half size to double works perfectly.

Hmm, this is with all videos for you, even with larger ones in original size (so there is no black border in all modes)?

Looks like you have a retina display, maybe this might be one reason.

interesting it doesn't happen with all movies. I tested 4 and three had the issue, one didn't. With one movie I couldn't change from cmd 0 to cmd1.

vout_macosx: always set forced window size for the window provider

Also fixes bug for retina displays where events got missed because
stored value is the pixel value, but new one is the point value.
