TIFF-Snapshots corrupted

With me are TIFF-snapshots under Vista and Windows defective.

The TIFF-Files are too small and all photo editing programs report that the files are corrupted.

This is so with version 2.1.0 and 2.1.2. for 2.1.1??

e3b809c1 Most likely relates, I'm unable to reproduce with 2.2 nightlies. So please try with those and reopen if you can reproduce.

I tried it with "vlc-2.2.0-git-20140126-0018-win32". Even thereby I not can create a working screenshot in the TIFF-Format.

As you can see on the picture, the Tiff file size of 1.16 MB.

The video from which the screenshot was created, has a resolution of 1280x720.

The uncompressed TIFF file would have a size of about 1.4 megabytes in size.
