commit e1a90aa9 removed an
entry from po/vlc.pot which consequently causes builds to
update all of the po files accordingly (in many cases moving
existing translations to commented out copies further down
in the files), which then sit as changed files in the
unstaged list.

this purges the left over artefactsto stop this being a problem.

(This should maybe not be marked for translation at all. Only Russian
defines it to something different than Ctrl+{H,L}.)

Adding whitespaces or translating "Ctrl" breaks Qt4 internals.

The fixed typo generated a new string, and left the previous
string in the .po
Fixing the .po files thus left us with a duplicate string

Remove the filter patterns in the playlist file dialog from the translatable strings. These shouldn't be translated and malforming them could introduce a functional bug, as it happened in the case of the Spanish translation. http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/4376
