The configuration file is locked before serialization and the
config_SaveConfigFile can thus be called at multiple places at the same
time.

.buildlibtool dependencies make sure we have autoconf and automake
installed, which is not guaranteed on unpacking target.

We can't do it through vlc_stream_NewURL as it will include the

The AVC MediaCodec implementation of Amazon Fire TV devices report the surface
output size instead of the input video size.

These are the only know devices that need this HACK.

Some implementations return the surface output size instead of the input video
size. In that case, use the size parsed by the hxxx_helper.

Otherwise, events are not propagated after the first request.

To reflect that they act on a thumbnail request, not a thumbnail itself

This fixes bad errno return values from the smb2_connect_share_async function.

Now the modules only load if they are given a compatible decoder device.
This decoder device is loaded with the --dec-dev option.

Similar to what was done with avcodec-hw

A decoder device should always be associated with a "device" or adapter. If
there is none it can be NULL, there's no need for a dummy one.

Setting values on a module that failed to load and won't be used is misleading.
