This re-adds the accessibility strings that were present in the old
fullscreen controller.

This is replaced by the GLX OpenGL provider plugin.

Since it's a "vout display" module.

source files from the makefiles, potfiles and
the Xcode project.

("_" is removed to be more consistent with packetizer/mpegvideo)
