The macOS interface is deallocated after the player/playlist, so we need to unsubscribe from either as soon as we know that the app will terminate.

This can be done through preliminary buttons or the right-click menu

This commit also moves logic from the view to the controller (where it belongs).

The JIT doesn't support this OS/arch combination, but used to

Remove the gnutls-winstore-ntop patch which conflicts with how
upstream now handles the inet_pton function.

This caused the window to be never disabled from vout_Stop().
