now can properly handle multiple items

The name was confusing and only three rarely used video output plugins
suffer from this bug.

This video output never sends key events.

Does not fail on setting

This is replaced by the GLX OpenGL provider plugin.

This module isn't built by default, so it's safe to assume we want to use it
when the build is enabled.

This restriction was here because gles1 devices didn't have much memory, but
it's not the case (anymore) for gles2 devices.

use androidgl instead
