Xbox One S: Black screen but audio plays

Opening a new issue as requested.

Identical to #101 (closed) - however, unlike the commenters in that issue, quitting and restarting, or uninstalling and reinstalling VLC don't have an effect.

This problem occurs with any video file I can get my hands on - I can sometimes (rarely - months gaps between tries) play a video to completion, but every video I play after that only has the audio, not video (even the exact same file). Only tested through SMB/UPNP.

System details:
Xbox One S
Os Version: 10.0.17131.2000 (though this has been happening for months)
VLC version: 3.0.1.70
