Improve logging support for standalone and editor
Problem to solve
Depending on what part of the code we want to log (C# scene or C++ plugin), and from which environment (in-editor console or attached debugger for standalone), we have to make different logging calls.
Intended users
vlc-unity users and developers.
Proposal
Support logging:
- from the C# scene,
- from the C++ plugin on all platforms and libvlc,
- when in Editor console,
- when in standalone builds with debugger attached.
All from a single Debug.Log
API (one in C#, one in C++).
