speed up initial build
Now that we support many platforms, the first build after import can take time.
Reason for this is that there are many vlc plugins included in the asset considering all the platforms it targets. And that Unity needs each file to be properly configured (platform/cpu) otherwise it throws. That configuration is checked on every build (fast) but after the first import, there is no configuration in the asset so the script configures all binaries (even macOS binaries if you are building for Windows, otherwise it will complain).
https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AssetImporter.SaveAndReimport.html is called for each binaries after configuring it. Need to find a way to speed it up or have the Editor configuration exported as part of the asset (is that even possible?).
