The reason why it occurs when switching views very rapidly is still
unknown. This fix probably hides another issue.

Don't force "flat" back as a preset when (re)opening the equalizer,
ensure the initial preamp value is correctly set at +12dB

A short press still toggle play/pause.

This one is made specifically for the Z1 running on Tizen 2.4. Without
it the text in the edje disappear without any logic and reappear if you
rotate the phone or touch the surface.

Now that Tizen 2.4 fixed some broken code on their side, recycling views
is possible. This also fixes one of the main issue which was views ending
without a parent after a elm_win_lower and remove some workarounds.

Video in background playback is one of these cases.

We were just updating the UI, we now also update the actual equalizer

When modifying a single band, the user is not in a preset anymore. We
now notify it clearly by emptying the preset box

This was preventing the preset list to be displayed

The EQ better fits into its own "window" rather than a popup.

MINICONTROL_VIEWER_EVENT_HIDE is called everytime the notification
drawer is closed so just ignore the event in this case.
