build: Use pkg-config to find vlc

This is a dirty hack to use pkg-config to link to libvlc. This allows to link to a custom build of libvlc.

I'm not sure how it should be done correctly, this is just a starting point to discuss how to rely on pkg-config for vlc-rs when appropriate.
