Add Video Flipper in the Player

This MR adds a horizontal video flipper to the player

As this issue wasn't active for a while , I worked on this

There are some things that's needed to be improved, which are

1.The button icon used

2.Location of it

Beyond that , it's working properly

I think icon used is unavailable on iOS 9 causing pipeline crash , so need to discuss what image to use.

In a product point of view, I don't this this feature should be directly in the main controls.

This is probably a niche feature that should be optional/hidden.

Additonally, this moves the centering of the whole control.

If not in main controls, should this exist in video options?

and yes, I haven't set the constraints properly , I need to confirm whether icon used is appropriate or not.

or we can have a setting whether user wants to use this feature or not and then show it in the player's main control depending on their choice.

I currently moved the button on the top right, as this would be a niche feature, a setting can be added to either disable / enable it.
