[3.3.x] Safe Area: Align the playqueue and the action sheets to the Safe Area

Diogo Simao Marques requested to merge diogo.simao-marques/vlc-ios:safe-area-3.3.x into 3.3.x

This merge request brings changes to:

  • The playqueue that is now aligned to the safe area.
  • The action sheet that is now aligned to the safe area as well.

The safe area layout guide is only available on devices running with iOS 11.0 or above.

These changes are mostly noticeable when the device is oriented in landscape.
