[3.3.x] Show last downloads

This lists the downloads of the current app session in the Downloads view controller along with those that are scheduled to be downloaded later. Additionally, this moves around some elements and makes sure that the clear button is always visible. Regarding the actual download action, nothing is changed. Also, no new localizable string is introduced (but one removed).
