Apple TV: expose Force SMBv1 option

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:atv-expose-force-smbv1 into master

The option was implemented in the cross-platform code shared with the iOS port already. However, it was never exposed in the UI. Due to a user request this is now done without introducing new l10n strings.
