MediaNavigationBar: merge minimize playback with close

This merges the minimize action with the close button. By default, when a media content is currently playing and the close button is tapped, the player is minimized.

Otherwise, it will close.

We could consider adding a setting to make this behaviour more explicit and configurable.

Ideas welcome.
