ActionSheet: Fix action sheet closing animation

Diogo Simao Marques requested to merge diogo.simao-marques/vlc-ios:actionsheet-theme into master

The action sheet's closing animation when the user changes the color theme is now performed correctly.

The animation doesn't interfere with the update of the user interface anymore and the starting point is now the actual height of the action sheet.
