Revert "ActionSheet: Resolve navigation problem with actionsheet close with VoiceOver"

This reverts commit 8fc1d480.

By trying to make the actionsheet compatible with VoiceOver this introduces issue with rotation and placement in various part of the actionsheet.

The issue with voice over needs to be fixed correctly.
