Fix video output on the first launch of playback

Soomin Lee requested to merge bubu/vlc-ios:videoplayer/vout/fix/01 into master

This reverts commit 9b169b31, which wasn't the right fix for #1000 (closed).

Remove the unnecessary preconditionFailure check for the delegation.
