DisableGrouping: Add to settings under Media Library

Soomin Lee requested to merge bubu/vlc-ios:actionsheet/sort/header/disablegroup/01 into master

This avoids overfilling the ActionSheetSortSectionHeader and placing the option into the settings under the Media Library section.
