tvOS: fix UPnP browsing

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:tvOSfixUPnPbrowsing into master

The libvlc media discoverer for UPnP doesn't support a login mechanism, so this step must be skipped in order for browsing to work. This is analog to the work-around introduced in 8cd0e384 for the iOS interface.
