color theme: fix automatic update when OS changes mode

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:fix-automatic-ui-mode into master

This solves a regression introduced in 83dcc919. We shall not compare pointers but use the OS provided convenience function instead. Additionally, this solves another regression introduced in 504de69d when we started to always overwrite the interface style so we never got any meaningful notification ever again.
