CodingStyle: Add commit naming rules & update README

This merge request brings an addition to the Documentation with:

• A section describing commit naming rules with some examples that is added to the coding style document.
• A reference to the CodingStyle.md document that is added to the "Contribute" section of the README.

This is meant to properly help the new contributors (including the future GSoC students) and improve the code reviews.
