EqualizerPresetSelector: Properly display the default presets

This merge request brings a fix to the default presets of the equalizer with:

  • The missing "Flat" default preset that is now displayed and able to be selected by the users.

The table view was not displaying the correct amount of cells as we fake an "Off" profile to disable the equalizer.
