MediaLibraryWidget: Add a widget displaying the last played media

This merge request brings the introduction of widgets:

  • The user is allowed to create widgets of two different sizes only on iOS 17.0 and versions above for now.
  • The widget shows the last played media.
  • The playback starts with the displayed media when the user clicks on the widget
