VLCPlaybackService: Refactor the audio and subtitles tracks attribution

This merge request brings an adjustment to the audio and subtitles tracks with:

  • The removal of the two cells allowing the user to select an external audio and subtitles tracks on the tvOS interface as this feature is not available
  • The improvement of the audio and subtitles tracks attribution

No visual modifications were made to the iOS interface
