VLCPlaybackService: Expose the disable subtitles option on tvOS

This merge request add the disable subtitles setting on tvOS.

Users are now able to disable the automatic selection of the subtitles when a video playback starts.

This option was announced on the latest TestFlight news for tvOS but was not actually implemented.
